Angela, started off in 1997, offering dog training under the business name Angela's Dog Obedience until in 2002, when she opened up A Doggie's Day Spa. Angela knows that there are many different ways to train your dog, just depends on which way works best for you and your dog! Angela has taught numerous training classes and specializes in behavioral modification. She has used her training knowledge to help with those pets who need extra care during the grooming process. Angela is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers for many years. Angela took her test through the Certification Council for the Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) and recieved her title Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed.

Some people rather have individual training. Some people have dogs that need to focus on certain things before being able to be in a class setting. This training can be done at Fuzzy Butts, at the dog owners home or even at a park or another place. The one-on-one is very flexible as far as what the owner wants to cover and what is their expectations from the classes. Sessions can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes. The first session would be call the Evaluation and it is roughly 90 minutes long. The price for one-on-one at Fuzzy Butts is $128.75 for the evaluation and then after the first class each session would be $51.30 for (30 minutes) or $87.55 for (60 minutes). The price for one-on-one at the clients home or another location would be $154.50 for the evaluation and then after the first class each session $66.95 for (30 minutes) or $103.00 for (60 minutes).
This is an 8 week class. The first class is owners only and the 2nd through the 8th class is with owners and dogs. Basic commands that we will cover is Come, Sit, Down, Stay, and Heel. Angela, will also cover basic behaviors that may need corrected or adjusted. This class will primary be held at Fuzzy Butts and may have some classes at the Dog Park next to Westwood Town Hall. Each class will be 50-60 minutes, including a small break at midpoint for the dogs to relax and/or potty break. The cost of this class is $231.75 and will have to be paid to sign up for a class.

Advance commands that we will cover is loose leash to no leash on basic etiquette class. This class will primary be held at Fuzzy Butts and may have some classes at the Dog Park next to Westwood Town Hall. Each class will be 50-60 minutes, including a small break at midpoint for the dogs to relax and/or potty break. The cost of this class is $231.75 and will have to be paid to sign up for a class. Dog and owner has to have the Basic Etiquette Class first before taken this class.

Dogs should be 12 weeks of age and/or have at least 3 sets of puppy shots.
Yes they can learn at any age. As they age they tend to be more stubborn but yes they can learn
We will have to pull your dog from class until she is out of heat. We can't have her disrupting class and other dogs behavior will be different from the hormones.
As long as you can handle your child and your dog in class, you can bring a child any age to class.
Yes, but you will need two adults, one for each of the dogs. If you bring two dogs to the same class then the second dog is half price.
We will discuss all of that during the first class, but I will say that there isn't a one size fits all. Anything recommended to your dog might not be the same that everyone else in the class will use. Angela will use what works best for you and your dog.
